Successfully defended a Defendant’s motion to dismiss in the United States District Court, District of Connecticut. On January 29th, 2018, the Honorable Michael P. Shea upheld the Plaintiff’s Title VII retaliation claim for opposing sexual harassment of a coworker and his claim for workplace free speech retaliation under the Connecticut Constitution and Conn.
