William has been an associate of The Boyd Law Group, PLLC since September 2009 and represents both individuals and businesses in labor and employment litigation issues. Some of the most common issues that he works on include discrimination, harassment, retaliation (including those arising from violation of the anti-retaliation provision of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and the Dodd-Frank Act), wage and hour law, union conflicts, and negotiating and drafting of compensation and departure agreements. In addition, William helps businesses implement preventive measures and policies. William also has some commercial litigation experience in the areas of shareholder derivative litigations, corporate divorces and breach of contract disputes. He is fluent in two dialects of Chinese.
