William is involved with all aspects of Labor and Employment Law, including litigation, negotiation, contract drafting, and implementation of company policies. Some of the most common issues that William faces are discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violation, union conflicts, whistleblower protection (including those arising from Sarbanes-Oxley), and interpretation of complex compensation packages. William’s secondary practice include Commercial Litigation.

William’s paper “Don’t be Evil: Google and Monopoly” was published by the Michigan IT Lawyer, a publication of the State Bar of Michigan in March 2010. William’s work was also published in numerous occasions by The St. John’s University School of Law Admiralty Practicum. William also spoke at the “Worlds Of Work: Employment Dispute Resolution Systems Across The Globe” conference at University of Cambridge in July 2011.
